WARRANTY

Due to the nature of the work that we perform, there is no warranty on hourly work. Each hour that we work is billable regardless of the outcome of said work.

While we will make recommendations on the level of effort required to implement a solution or fix an issue, it is up to you to let us know if there is a cap on the number of hours we spend per engagement.

Our hourly rates vary depending on the service. We determine our rates based on the nature of sophistication associated with the project.

Our Retainer work is billed at standard Service Agreement rates with a prepaid account balance funded by deposits as needed.

Our monthly services give you a service guarantee coupled with a flat monthly rate. These plans are designed to save you money and simplify management.

Pricing Depends on the Plan Type, and the number of Devices and Users associated with the plan.
